Site work and renovation of a golf course in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course; and for site work for a golf course.
The Project generally consists of the replacement of the existing deck located at Armitage Golf Club to include reconfiguration of stairs and ramps, new foundations and posts, new deck joists and guardrails, and new decking material. It is anticipated that the project cost is at least $25,000; therefore, Pennsylvania prevailing wages under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act will be required. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at no cost on online).
