The Work included in this Bid consists of furnishing all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, inspections, and tools necessary for the performance and completion of the Work, as required by the Bid, in strict accordance with the Specifications. The Work shall be completed, and all work, materials, and services not expressly called for in the Specifications, which may be necessary to carry out the Work in good faith, shall be performed by the Contractor at no additional cost to the Township. The Work shall be executed in the best and most workmanlike manner by qualified, skillful, and experienced workers. The Contractor is required to carefully examine the area of the work, the Services Agreement, Terms and Conditions, Plans, Specifications, applicable State, County and Local codes, and other agreement documents for the work contemplated . It will be assumed that he has familiarized and satisfied himself to the conditions and obstacles to be encountered, as to the character, quality and quantities of work to be performed and materials to be furnished, and as to the requirements of these Specifications, Plans and other agreement documents. He must also be prepared to execute a finished job in every particular, without any extra charge whatever, except as may be specifically provided for elsewhere in these documents within the allotted timeframe.
