Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oakbank, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work generally includes asphalt reconstruction of Cypress Avenue and Balsam Crescent, new sidewalk construction, curb and ramp works, drainage improvements, driveway tie-ins, boulevard restoration, and related works as described in the Tender Documents. The project limits generally include: Cypress Avenue from Silver Crescent to Balsam Crescent, approximately 665 metres; and Balsam Crescent from Cypress Avenue to Main Street, approximately 270 metres. Tenders must be submitted electronically through MERX or physically in a sealed envelope using the Tender Forms and Supplementary Tender Forms provided. Late tenders will be disqualified and returned unopened. Tender documents are available through MERX. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
