The following areas have been identified that improvements are needed to maintain a proper level of service for our customers. BOPU selected sites are listed below. The BOARD plans to award one contract from this request for proposals. 1.1.1 Alley north of East 6th Street between Bradley Avenue and Duff Avenue. Remove and replace 305 LF of 6" VCP & install 1 manhole. 1.1.2 Alley north of East 7th Street between Bradley Avenue and Duff Avenue. Remove and replace 307 LF of 6" VCP & intall 1 manhole. 1.1.3 Alley north of East 8th Street from Bradley Avenue east. Remove and replace 306 LF of 6" VCP & install 1 manhole. 1.1.4 East 9th Street from 904 to 1021. Remove and replace 467 LF of 6" VCP & install 2 manholes 1.1.5 Alley north of East 9th Street from Russell Avenue east. Remove and replace 95 LF of 6" VCP & install 1 manhole. 1.1.6 Alley north of East 5th Street from House Avenue to Van Lennen Avenue. Remove and replace 645 LF of 6" VCP & install 3 manholes. 1.1.7 Alley north of East 4th Street from Warren Avenue to Evans Avenue. Remove and replace 608 LF of 6" VCP and install 3 manholes. 1.1.8 Alley north of East 3rd Street between Evans Avenue and Van Lennen Avenue. Remove and replace 250 LF of 6" VCP & install 2 manholes 1.1.9 Alley north of East 4th Street between Van Lennen Avenue and Maxwell Avenue. Remove and replace 314 LF of 6" VCP & install 1 manhole. 1.1.10 Alley north of of East 2nd Street between Maxwell Avenue and Russell Avenue. Remove and replace 942 LF of 6" VCP & install 3 manholes. 1.1.11 Alley north of East 1st Street between Van Lennen Avenue and Maxwell Avenue. Remove and replace 307 LF of 6" VCP & install 2 manholes. 1.1.12 Maxwell Avenue from the alley north of E 1st Street to E 2nd Street. Realign and replace 185 LF of 6" VCP & install 1 manhole. 1.1.13 Alley north of West 10th Street from Snyder Avenue west. Remove and replace 200 LF of 6" VCP & install 1 manhole.1.1.14 West 11th Street from O'neil Avenue to Thomes Avenue. Remove and replace 357 LF of 6" VCP & install 2 manholes. 1.1.15 O'neil Avenue from West 9th Street to the alley north of West 9th Street. Remove and replace 125 LF of 6" VCP & install 1 manhole. 1.1.16 Hynds Boulevard from manhole CS_CA3-7CA to manhole CS_84F-426. Clean and line.
