Remove and replace 306 LF of 6" VCP & install 1 manhole. 1.1.4 East 9th Street from 904 to 1021. Remove and replace 467 LF of 6" VCP & install 2 manholes 1.1.5 Alley north of East 9th Street from Russell Avenue east.
