Construction of sewer relocation consisting of gravity sewer and force main work, pump station improvements, bypass pumping, restoration, and associated electrical and control systems. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond. The Project, of which the Work under the Contract Documents is a part, is generally described as follows: STH 27 Forcemain Relocation consisting of gravity sewer and force main work, pump station improvements, associated bypass pumping as needed, restoration and incidental work. Milestone 1 : 8-inch Sanitary Sewer line between MH 20 and 21 out of service. Sanitary sewer line indicated shall be out of service no later than July 20, 2026 to allow for separate project by others occurring in the area. Town of Brule shall provide pump out of the wastewater collection system until August 3 , 2026, after this time contractor will need to provide temporary measures to provide uninterrupted service to the connected homes upstream of project until lift station is operational. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
