Full depth asphaltic pavement pulverizing, base patching, excavation, aggregate base installation, geotextile soil reinforcement, HMA pavement placement, shoulder work, concrete curb and gutter installation, pavement marking, and rip rap installation. This project is part of a WisDOT Local Roads Improvement Program ( LRIP) project, which consists of road improve-ments of existing road ; including hot mix asphalt pavement , crushed ag-gregate base course, re- cycled asphalt on shoul-ders, and concrete curb and gutter construction . Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the date of opening. The Town of Polk reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein .
