Design an anticipated 2 inch mill and HMA overly with centerline rumble strips and edgeline rumble strips from north of Carolines Way to Hochheim Rd.Additional work includes full depth base patching, guardrail repair/replacement, culvert maintenance/repair/replacement, spot ditch grading, addition of curb and gutter flumes, sign replacement, upsized chevron signs along the curve south of Fork Rd and the addition of flags to the advanced curve warning signs, and replacement of pavement marking. Right-of-way acquisition in the form of TLE or PLE is anticipated for culvert work and re-ditching. Address access management including the removal of unpermitted secondary access points to STH 175 and the narrowing of commercial driveways to the maximum 35-foot width.
