Site work for a water / sewer project in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work includes approximately 1650-LF of Cured-in-Place (CIPP) Sanitary Sewer Lining, 8-Inch at two main project locations in the City, including W Main St & Country Club Dr West St and Mariane Terrace & Pine Tree Ln. Lateral improvements will be determined after sanitary lateral cleaning and televising is completed. Lateral improvements will consist of grouting the lateral connection or installation of a CIPP lateral tee liner. Traffic control will be required. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% of Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, or an electronic Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The minimum wages to be paid on the project shall be in accordance with the wage rate scale established by local wage rates. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
