Site work and new construction of a religious / funeral development in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the construction of a 160-room religious / funeral development.
**As of March 16th, 2026, the project is cancelled. No definite date for rebid** Delivery and installation of a free standing, pre-assembled 160 niche Columbarium at Oak Hill Cemetery, 1101 Cemetery Rd, Lake Geneva WI. Bids must be sealed and submitted on the official bid forms, clearly marked with the project name, bidder's name, date, and opening time. Bidders shall not contact any City Staff or Elected Official other than those listed as a contact in the official project packet regarding this project. All bids shall be F.O.B. destination, prepaid and allowed to the Clerk's Office with no charges for packing or cartage. Additional requirements are included in the project packet. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept any bid deemed most advantageous to the City of Lake Geneva. Bids must be made exclusive of Federal Excise Tax and State Sales Tax. Instructions to bidders include information about hand delivery, bid form requirements, and contact protocols. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders must submit a pre-qualification packet prior to the opening of bids by visiting the City website. Bid will not be awarded until Pre-Qual is approved. A 5% surety bond may be required.
