Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

The Project includes the following Work: The Sheridan Springs Road / CTH H - Utility Improvements project includes both watermain and sanitary sewer improvements along County Highway H. Work includes abandonment of existing watermain in locations where dual mains currently exist, reinstallation of affected residential water services and side street connections, along with a section of watermain installation to replace an existing undersized main. Sanitary sewer improvements include reinstallation of sanitary sewer in the intersection with Center Street to reduce the number of existing sanitary sewer manholes. The project shall also include concrete curb and sidewalk replacements, asphalt pavement, erosion control & restoration, and both roadway and pedestrian traffic control necessary for improvements while maintaining two-way traffic along CTH H. The project also has a bid alternative for rehabilitation and interior coatings for both existing and proposed structures, both within and outside the base project limits. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
