Exterior: High pressure water clean (5,000 to 10,000 psi) and spot power tool clean to a SSPC-SP11 standard. Apply a three coat epoxy urethane fluoropolymer system. Wet Interior: Abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP10 near-white metal standard. Apply a three coat zinc epoxy system. Dry Interior: Abrasive blast clean the entire tops of the platforms (including 1 ft. up the riser wall), the entire transition cone, and spot coating failures throughout to a SSPC-SP6 commercial standard. Apply a three coat epoxy system to the transition cone and a spot two coat epoxy system to the rest of the prepared surfaces. Foundation: Water clean and apply a two coat epoxy system. Cathodic Protection: Replace the wet interior components and attachment points of the system. The existing rectifier and pressure fitting are to be reused. Repairs: Replace the access tube manway gasket, install a gasket on the wet interior roof hatch, replace the mud valve, replace the condensate drain line, replace the fall prevention device on the wet interior ladder, replace the overflow screen, replace roof vent with a pressure vacuum vent, install a roof painter’s railing, install kickers on the roof handrail and install antenna cable brackets on the roof and roof handrail, replace the aviation light, and replace the dry interior light bulbs.
