The project work includes milling and pavement resurfacing and related work from SR 309 east 10,300 ft. to Silver Leaf Drive. PennDOT contractor prequalification required for the work categories included in the contract. Bid results will be available online Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: Davis Bacon Federal Wage Rates. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a Unit Price basis as indicated in the online Bid Form. Bids will remain subject to acceptance for the period of 90 days, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to the end of this period. A pre-bid conference will be not be held for this project. The Labor Standards, Wage Determination Decision and Anti-Kickback regulations (29 CFR, Part 3) issued by the Secretary of Labor are included in the contract documents of this project and govern all work under the contracts.
