Reference Number 0000429858 The proposed project consists of concrete street replacement within various areas of the City of Woodhaven, mainly in Gudith Road. This includes 9" and 8" concrete pavement, aggregate base, minor storm structure repairs and adjustments, sidewalk work, and restoration. The selected contractor must have at least 3 years of experience utilizing a vibratory augering and tampering over form riding paving machine. Official bid documents must be obtained online. This is an informal solicitation. Question Deadline 07/16/2026 at 3:00 PM ET All questions relating to the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the ENGINEER in writing. Questions regarding the Specifications may be directed to Ahmad Ali at (734) 759-1600 Contract Documents (specifications and plans) will be available for purchase on Monday, July 6, 2026 after 10:00 am at: Hennessey Engineers, Inc., 13500 Reeck Road, Southgate, Michigan, 48195. Please contact, Hennessey Engineers at 734-759-1600, to request a hard copy of plans and specifications at a fee of $40.00 or if mailed, $ 50.00, which is nonrefundable. Also, plans and specifications are available on CD for a fee of $ 10.00 per CD or if mailed, $20.00, which is also nonrefundable. Cash or check only no credit cards. You may email a copy of your check to igsylvester@hengineers.com and plans will be sent to you via UPS.
