The U.S. Coast Guard requires the contractor to provide all labor, equipment, material, transportation, supervision, services, and items necessary to repair multiple fire alarm and sprinkler systems across various buildings at USCG Air Station Port Angeles, WA. The systems have deficiencies such as inoperable gongs, broken valves, obstructed access points, and gauges requiring replacement. The project includes systems troubleshooting, replacement of fire pumps, repair and maintenance of all wet sprinkler systems, installation of supervisory or breakaway locks as required, final performance verification of all new and repaired components, site cleanup, and related labor. Bidders must submit a complete quote consisting of a signed SF 1449 form with total firm-fixed-price bid, a detailed price breakdown (not exceeding one page), and a technical proposal (not exceeding two pages) describing their technical approach, a list of major materials and equipment (including technician and firm certifications and instrument calibration certificates), and a high-level project schedule from Notice to Award through completion within the required Period of Performance. Extraneous materials are prohibited; only requested information will be evaluated.
