Site work, paving, asbestos abatement and new construction of a mixed-use development in Milton, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for asbestos abatement for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
This contract provides for two schedules of work. Schedule A: Construction of new ADA compliant sidewalk along the east side of 23rd Avenue from Alder Street, south approximately 680 linear feet, and along the south side of Alder Street from 23rd Avenue east approximately 120 linear feet. Improvements include, but are not limited to, excavation, grading, cement concrete curb and gutter, cement concrete sidewalk, storm drainage improvements, asphalt paving, traffic control and other related work items. Schedule B: Installation of 630 linear feet of 8-inch diameter ductile iron water main on 23rd Avenue. Improvements also include, but are not limited to, new water service, temporary water services and asbestos pipe removal. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required.
