As of July 29, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award was not yet been established. This contract provides for two schedules of work. Schedule A: Construction of new ADA compliant sidewalk along the east side of 23rd Avenue from Alder Street, south approximately 680 linear feet, and along the south side of Alder Street from 23rd Avenue east approximately 120 linear feet. Improvements include, but are not limited to, excavation, grading, cement concrete curb and gutter, cement concrete sidewalk, storm drainage improvements, asphalt paving, traffic control and other related work items. Schedule B: Installation of 630 linear feet of 8-inch diameter ductile iron water main on 23rd Avenue. Improvements also include, but are not limited to, new water service, temporary water services and asbestos pipe removal. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required.
