Renovation of a mixed-use development in Milton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Description of Work: Work may be generally described as: 1. CCTV and Classroom AV Upgrades at Discovery Primary School and Hedden Elementary School. Work includes but is not limited to: 1. Demolition, salvage, and cutting and patching. 2. Rough carpentry and paint. 3. Line voltage power and low-voltage connections, telecommunication network installation, CCTV, and AV installation. Bid Bond: Accompany each Bid with a certified check, cashier's check, or surety company bid bond in an amount not less than 5 percent of the Base Bid. Make payable to Fife Public Schools. Right to Reject: The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and irregularities in the bidding, and to accept bids which are considered to be in the best interests of the Owner. Withdraw of Bid: Bidders may not withdraw bids after time set for the Bid Opening, unless Award of Contract is delayed for a period of exceeding 45 days.
