Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Milton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project consists of construction of an open air pavilion in Milton Community Park (also known as Triangle Park) with an 800 sf concrete plinth and a roof supported by steel columns and trusses. The concrete plinth is 21" above grade, accessed by a ramp on the west side. The site surrounding the plinth is to be restored to the condition of the surrounding lawn. The work shall be physically complete within 150 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed Questions should be directed to Vai Buzunov, Public Works Project Manager, at 253 255-3630 or via email to vbuzunov@citvofmilton.net. Questions must be received by the City no later than 5:00 p.m. three business days preceding the bid opening to allow a written reply to reach all prospective Bidders before the submission of bids. All bid proposals shall be accompanied, by a bid deposit or bond in an amount of not less than 5% of the total proposal amount. The City, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities or minor irregularities in the bidding, and determine which bid or bidder meets the criteria set forth in the bid documents.
