As of 9/21/2026 Per the Engineer Woodard and Curran "Please be advised that the Project, which was originally advertised for bid in July 2026, has been cancelled, and all Bids are hereby rejected due to insufficient available funding. It is anticipated that the Project will be revised and rebid at a later date, subject to the availability of funding." replacing existing aqua ammonia & fluoride gas detectors & control panel, replacing existing aqua ammonia storage tank vent gas scrubber system, HVAC upgrades & demolition of existing system. Substantial Completion: within 150 days. Final Completion: within 180 days . 5% Bid security for each total sub-Bid and each General Bid. Owner reserves the right to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work. General Bidder DCAMM certification: sewage and water treatment plants. Sub-Bidder DCAMM certification: heating, ventilating and air-conditioning Questions regarding the sub-Bids must be received by 10:00 a.m. local time on July 29, 2026.
