Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Wallis, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

Work shall include, but shall not be limited to the following: 1. All exterior improvements, earthwork, utilities, structural, architectural, MEP and IT systems to provide new athletic fields and and associated structures, such as dugouts, bleachers, batting cages, and concession building. Payment Bond And Performance Bond: A Payment Bond And Performance Bond, Each In An Amount Equal To 100% Of The Contract Sum Conditioned Upon The Faithful Performance Of The Contract Will Be Required. Please Note That All Bonding Companies Presented Must Be Acceptable To The Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formalities or irregularities and to make the award of the contract in the best interest of the Owner.
