Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Wallis, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The scope of work for the Brazos ISD Stadium & Athletic Field Turf Package will be for the following trades and will include but not limited to: Demolition, Concrete, Underslab Vapor Barrier, Cast-in-place Concrete, Concrete Blocking or Anchorage, Pipe and Tube Railings, Exterior Painting, Miscellaneous Specialties, Graphics, Flagpoles, Earthwork, Site Clearing, Grading, Pavement Markings, Synthetic Grass Surfacing, Synthetic Running Track Surfacing, Chain Link Fences and Gates, Landscaping, Hydro Mulch Seeding, Sodding, and Other Trades. All qualified applicants will receive consideration regardless of race, creed, color, national origin, gender or disability. Qualified HUB's are encouraged to participate. The Owner and Construction Manager reserve the right to waive any informalities and/or discrepancies in the process and to make awards or reject any and all bids if deemed in the best interest of the Owner.
