The proposed project consists of a full-service architecture contract to design a one-story primary care MOB, approximately 9,000 square feet, to be located in St. John, Washington. that Whitman County Public Hospital District No. 3 (d/b/a Whitman Hospital & Medical Clinics, or WHMC) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified architectural and engineering (A/E) firms to provide professional design, programming, planning, and construction document services for a new medical office building (MOB) for primary care services.
