Consultants will be considered who can provide construction management for the installation of a 100-ft span pedestrian bridge over SR 169 near SE 258th Street. The pier supported covered bridge will include ADA ramps with associated concrete and steel work, handrails, lighting, landscaping, irrigation, play elements, traffic and pedestrian control, and surface water management. The City reserves the right to amend terms of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of how much time and effort Consultants have spent on their responses. Submittals should not contain plastic bindings, or plastic or laminated pages. Double sided documents are preferred. Submittals should also be limited to 10 double-sided sheets on 8.5x11 page size only, with no smaller than 11 pt font, not including cover letter or project team resumes.
