Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Maple Valley, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and road / highway.
Consultants will be considered who can provide construction management for the installation of a 100-ft span pedestrian bridge over SR 169 near SE 258th Street. The pier supported covered bridge will include ADA ramps with associated concrete and steel work, handrails, lighting, landscaping, irrigation, play elements, traffic and pedestrian control, and surface water management. The City reserves the right to amend terms of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of how much time and effort Consultants have spent on their responses.
