The Sweetwater County Board of County Commissioners are requesting sealed bids from a qualified vendor to provide a bid on Cisco Network Switches, Fiber Modules and Fiber Patch Cables for our Data Center located at the Sweetwater County Justice Center. Sweetwater County Information Department will install and configure the switches. No professional services are being requested. A Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond made payable to Sweetwater County Clerk in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the submitted bid(s), payable without condition to Sweetwater County, 50140A US HWY 191 South, Rock Springs, Wyoming 82901 as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a Purchase Agreement/Contract. The Board of County Commissioners of Sweetwater County hereby notifies all bidders that minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this Invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, religion, sex, color, national origin, age or disability. All proposals shall be marked on the exterior: Sweetwater County Cisco Network Switches BID # 27-02IT Bids shall be guaranteed for 30 days after opening date. This will allow for review of bids and specifications and to make recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners for award. The Board of County Commissioners of Sweetwater County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or technical defects in proposals, as may be in the best interest of Sweetwater County.
