Work also includes excavation below slab as required to remove existing underslab piping and as required to run new piping and to make all required connections to existing piping ( slab removal by GC) . New work includes installation of new piping, equipment, new fixtures in kitchen, bathrooms and janitor closet and storage room, floor drains , grease trap, hose faucets, valves, fittings , etc. as necessary for a complete project . All work in accordance with the plans and specifications . Selective demolition of existing piping, fixtures, valves, and fittings in kitchen, toilet rooms, and mechanical room. Excavation below slab for piping removal and installation. New installation of piping, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, janitor closet equipment, floor drains, grease trap, and hose faucets.
