Description

Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a municipal facility in Wilmore, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for outdoor lighting for a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Removal of existing exterior building mounted lighting and ground mounted light poles throughout campus. Provide all new pole foundations, poles, lighting, and circuitry for new lighting systems. Selected exterior soffits in porte-cochere and other locations will be replaced with new. Front porte-cochere shall have existing masonry wrap columns removed and new column wraps installed along with new ceiling to hide conduit and camera system conduits. Estimated Length of Project: 150 (Substantial Completion) + 30 (Final Completion) All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee (in the form of a bid bond or certified check) of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the lump sum base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and a separate 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder. The Division of Engineering and Contract Administration, Commonwealth of Kentucky, reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Commonwealth may be served.
