Description

Site work and paving for a civil project in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

INVITATION FOR BID S-1-27 This project generally consists of Asphalt roadway rehabilitation including cold milling, localized asphalt patching, excavation, grading, placement of new asphalt paving, adjustment of utility structures (water/gas valves, manholes), traffic control, and roadway pavement markings. Additional work includes traffic control and restoration of roadway pavement markings with waterborne striping to complete the roadway improvements. Question Deadline 07/31/2026 at 5:00 PM MT -- Questions shall be submitted via the City's eProcurement Portal - Question and Answer tool. The City will respond with an Addendum no later than 5:00 pm on Monday, August 3, 2026. Notice to Proceed (Estimated) September 21, 2026 Final Completion October 31, 2026
