Project No. 10373514 Work under this phase includes the construction of new athletic support facilities and associated site improvements to support campus and athletic program operations. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Track & Field Support Facilities and Site Improvements Work under this phase includes the construction of new athletic support facilities and associated site improvements to support campus and athletic program operations. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: o Construction of one (1) new Team Building consisting of two (2) team rooms, each approximately 960 square feet. o Construction of one (1) new ticket booth. o Modernization of existing restrooms located in Building "N." o ADA upgrades of existing showers and locker rooms located in Building "K." o Landscape and hardscape improvements within the project limits. o All associated utilities, site work, grading, paving, drainage, and supporting infrastructure necessary to complete the work. 2. Academic Buildings and Athletic Facilities Work under this phase includes the construction of new instructional facilities and athletic improvements, including all required site and utility work, as described below. Academic Buildings New Classroom Building o Construction of one (1) new approximately 56,804 square-foot, two-story classroom building, including the following program spaces: o Twenty-one (21) general classrooms o One (1) flexible science laboratory with workroom o One (1) flexible engineering classroom o One (1) media and filmmaking classroom o One (1) multimedia computer technology classroom o One (1) Special Education Type III classroom with support spaces o One (1) Special Education Type I classroom o Collaboration spaces, workrooms, RSP spaces, and storage o Administrative spaces including thirteen (13) faculty/staff offices, one (1) IEP office, conference rooms, clerical areas, and reception/public waiting areas o Student and staff restroom facilities Academy Building o Construction of two (2) new one-story academy buildings (Palisades Academy), totaling approximately 4,113 square feet, including: o Three (3) general classrooms o Three (3) faculty/staff offices o Associated landscape and hardscape improvements for all new academic facilities. o All related utilities, site work, grading, paving, drainage, and infrastructure improvements required to support the new buildings.
