Site work for an industrial development in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for site work for a industrial development.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove the existing 6-inch backflow preventer at Building 21 and install a new 6-inch Wilkins 475 ASTR backflow preventer assembly. The work includes installation of two new Outside Screw and Yoke (OSY) valves and performing testing of the installed assembly to verify proper operation in coordination with the government representative. All work must be performed in compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and EM 385-1-1 safety standards during designated working hours.
