Professional Engineering, Architecture, and Planning Services The Golden Triangle Regional Airport Authority (the "Authority") is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Consulting Engineering, Architectural, and Planning firms to provide professional "on-call" services for a five-year period (2026–2031). Selected consultant(s) will assist with projects funded via the FAA Airport Improvement Program (AIP), the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), and other federal, state, and local grants or projects. I. Submission Tracks Firms may apply for individual categories or any combination thereof, and must clearly state their selected track(s) in their Cover Letter: Category A: Engineering (Site Survey; Civil; Environmental; Electrical; Geotechnical; Airspace and Land Acquisition). Category B: Architecture (Architecture; Building Structural; Building Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing; Building Life Safety). Category C: Planning (Aerial Survey; Master Airport Planning; Airspace and Land Acquisition). II. Anticipated Scope of Services Selected firm(s) will provide planning, design, grant administration, and construction-related services (administration, observation, and inspection). Anticipated improvements include, but are not limited to: Engineering: Runway/taxiway/apron construction and rehabilitation; lighting/NAVAID systems; drainage and utilities; pavement studies; fencing; roadway/parking lot work; NEPA environmental due diligence; and land acquisition assistance. Architecture: Terminal expansion/renovation; ARFF facility renovation; hangar construction; building and facility construction. Planning: Long-range strategic planning; Airport Master Plan/Layout Plan updates; Exhibit A property map updates; and land acquisition assistance. III. Evaluation Criteria Proposals will be evaluated based on a qualifications-based selection process considering: 1. Recent experience and technical competence. 2. Qualifications and Authority familiarity of the proposed Project Manager and key personnel. 3. Capability to perform all tasks, including liaison with State and Federal agencies. 4. Demonstrated knowledge of FAA regulations, policies, and federal grant requirements. 5. Capability to meet schedules and budgets. 6. Ability to meet Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goals. IV. Submission Instructions SOQs are limited to 15 numbered pages per applied category (excluding Cover Letter and Resumes). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
