Provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools necessary to complete a full replacement of the components listed in the Airfield Lighting Vault. Work includes furnishing and installing all required materials and performing all associated construction activities needed to replace the specified vault components. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The range of magnitude for this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000. Existing MDP is 277/480V with 800A main bus. Demolish existing Panel-R and associated breakers fed from existing MDP. Demolish existing 120/240 1 phase subpanel and associated breakers fed from 75 kVA transformer (transformer to remain). Demolish existing panel that feeds the circuit selector switches and fire alarm panel and the associated breakers on the panel. Demolish the seven (7) existing circuit selectors. The contractor shall furnish and install all conductor, conduit, terminations, and any other material required to provide a complete and usable system for all component replacements listed below. The contractor shall furnish and install new 277/480V 800A Main Distribution Panel . The panel shall be Square D I-line or government approved equivalent. The contractor shall also furnish and install all new breakers in place of existing at the same Amp rating. The contractor shall furnish and install new 277/480V Panel-R with copper bus bare with minimum rating of 300A. The contractor shall furnish and install new breakers matching the amp rating of existing. The panel shall be Square D I-line or government approved equivalent. The contractor shall furnish and install new 120/240 1 phase panel with 400A copper bus bar fed from 75 kVA transformer. The panel shall be Square D I-line or government approved equivalent. The contractor shall furnish and install new 120/240V panel with 350A main copper bus bar feeding the circuit selector switches and fire alarm panel . The contractor shall furnish and install new breakers with amp rating to match existing. The panel shall be Square D I-line or government approved equivalent.
