Renovation of a military facility in Columbus, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The Contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to complete a full carpet replacement with Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) for the Office of Special Investigations (OSI) section of B926. The project also includes the approximate replacement of 230 sqft of carpet tile with carpet tile, and the demolition of a wall between two existing rooms. This work will have to be done in phases to maintain security of the area. Perform all work according to this Statement of Work (SOW), the Concept Design Drawings, and all related AF requirements and other codes and references. Contractors/Offerors must complete CUI Training Slides; sign and return the "MFR Contractor CUI Training Acknowledgment for Solicitations" attachment to gain access to drawings and other associated CUI documentation. Once the POC has received your signed MFR, please request access to the locked documents through SAM.gov. Your MFR will be reviewed and access to the locked SAM.gov documents will be granted accordingly. Proposals will be submitted electronically. Additional Info: All RFIs must be submitted NLT 7:30 AM CST, on 12 Aug 2026. The range of magnitude for this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Carpet/Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) Standards The LVT shall be commercial grade and have a 22 mm wear layer. The LVT shall be waterproof, be scratch resistant, meet ADA slip resistance requirements. The LVT adhesive used shall be low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) adhesive. The carpet tile shall be green label plus. The carpet tile shall comply with NSF/ANSI 140 Gold Level Certification. The carpet tile shall have a max pile height of 1/2 ". The carpet tile tuft bind shall comply ASTM D- 1335. The carpet tile shall comply with 16 CFR 1630 for fire resistance. The carpet tile installation shall comply with CRI 104. The carpet tile adhesive shall be low VOC adhesive. The carpet tile shall have a 15-year performance warranty. The carpet tile, LVT, and cove base color shall be selected by the Government after physical samples have been submitted by the contractor. Phase 1 2.3.13 The contractor shall demolish existing carpet and cove base in rooms 209 and 219. The contractor shall take precaution to protect existing wall finishes. The contractor shall repair any damages that occur to the wall from floor and cover base demolition to match existing walls. 2.3.14 The contractor shall furnish and install new LVT and 6" rubber cove base in rooms 209 and 219. 2.3.15 The contractor shall coordinate with the user for transitioning to phase 2. The contractor shall notify the facility user when the user may move furniture from phase 2 into the phase 1 /phase 3 areas in preparation for phase 2. Phase 2 2.3.16 The contractor shall demolish existing flooring and cove base in the following rooms: 201 , 202, 203 and attached storage area, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 210, 211 , 212, and 213. The contractor shall protect existing wall finishes and repair any that are damaged during demolition. 2.3.17 The contractor shall furnish and install new carpet tile and 6" rubber cover base in rooms 210 and 211. 2.3.18 The contractor shall furnish and install new LVT and 6" rubber cove base in rooms 201, 202, 203 and attached storage area, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 212, and 213. 2.3.19 The work being performed in room 204 will require an escort from the facility user anytime work is being performed in that room. The contractor will coordinate this work with the Government. This area will have furniture that the contractor shall work around to install new flooring to the greatest extent possible. 2.3.20 The contractor shall demolish existing wall between rooms 212 and 213 to the point of 3" below the ceiling grid line. The contractor shall demolish receptacles, conductor, and conduit to the nearest junction box. The contractor shall protect existing ceiling and ceiling grid as it is to remain. The contractor shall demolish existing door and door frame in the wall. 2.3.21 The contractor shall furnish and install new header where demolished wall used to be. The contractor shall finish with drywall to level matching existing walls in area. Phase 3 2.3.22 The contractor shall demolish existing flooring and cove base in the following rooms: 214A, 214B, 214C, 214, 220, 220A, 220B, and hall between 220 and 220B. 2.3.23 The contractor shall furnish and install new LVT and 6" rubber cove base in rooms 214A, 214B, 214C, 214, 220, 220A, 220B, and hall between 220 and 220B. 2.3.24 The work being performed in rooms 220 and 220A will require an escort from the facility user anytime work is being performed in those rooms. The contractor will coordinate this work with the Government. This area will have furniture that the contractor shall work around to install new flooring to the greatest extent possible.
