The Cuba Soil and Water Conservation District is seeking bid proposals for janitorial services at our facility located at 109 County Road 11 (next to the fairgrounds). The selected contractor will be responsible for maintaining the premises and all areas of the property to which the district has routine access. The contractor shall provide all necessary supplies and equipment for the term of the contract. Scope of Work Services are expected to include, but are not limited to, the following: A. Empty trash receptacles; sweep entrances, lobbies, and corridors; sweep floors and vacuum carpets; clean drinking fountains. B. Sweep and mop or scrub restrooms; clean all restroom fixtures; replenish restroom supplies. C. Dispose of all trash and garbage generated in or around the building. D. Spray buff resilient floors in main corridors, entrances, and lobbies; remove carpet stains; clean glass entry doors. E. Weekly: Mop and spray buff all resilient floors in restrooms and health units. F. Every two weeks: Spray buff resilient floors in secondary corridors, entrances, and lobbies; mop and spray buff hard and resilient floors in office spaces. G. Weekly: Sweep and/or vacuum all carpets. H. Twice a year: Wash all interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces. I. Annually: Shampoo carpets in all offices and public areas. J.
