ONLY PLAN HOLDERS THAT ARE ON FILE AT THE OFFICE OF THE ENGINEER SHALL BE CONSIDERED RESPONSIBLE BIDDERS Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount), Maintenance Bond required (unspecified amount).
