As of August 24, 2026 project was awarded to Salenbien Trucking & Excavating, awarded amount is $448,863.50 Sanitary sewer rehabilitation project within the Dundee Industrial Park. This project consists of the rehabilitation of 203 vertical linear feet of sanitary sewer manholes and the spot repair of 2 pipes and 2 cleanouts. Manhole rehabilitation includes filling exterior voids, stopping all leaks by repair, removal and installation of new pipe boots, removal and replacement of manhole barrel section gaskets, wrapping exterior manhole section joints with butyl wraps, rebuilding cone/chimney sections and sealing with mortar and chimney seals.
