The scope of work under the Base Bid of this project generally includes, but not limited to, milling, resurfacing, selective full-depth pavement reconstruction, removal of concrete curb, Belgian block and concrete curb installation, sign installation, traffic calming measures, curb ramp reconstruction, resetting of manhole castings, valves, pavement striping, upgrading drainage with associated structures to be in compliance with the NJDEP stormwater regulations and site restoration to all disturbed areas along Harrison Avenue (From Sta. 0 +00 to Sta. 17+ 25) within the Township of West Orange and the Township of Montclair. The scope of work under the Alternative Bid of this project generally includes, but not limited to, milling, resurfacing, selective full-depth pavement reconstruction, removal of concrete curb, Belgian block and concrete curb installation, sign installation , traffic calming measures , curb ramp reconstruction, resetting of manhole castings, valves, pavement striping, upgrading drainage with associated structures to be in compliance with the NJDEP stormwater regulations and site restoration to all disturbed areas along Harrison Avenue (From Sta. 17 +25 to Sta. 31 +40) within the Township of Montclair. Question Deadline 07/24/2026 No oral interpretation and/or clarification of the meaning of the specifications for any goods and services will be made to any Vendor. Such request shall be in writing, addressed to the Township's representative stipulated in the specification. In order to be given consideration, a written request must be received at least three (3) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening/deadline of the proposal for goods and services.
