Renovation of a municipal facility in Norwalk, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work consists of selective demolition of the existing Electrical Vault #61 and the installation of new interior reinforced CMU wall risers, solid precast concrete load rated planks, access hatches, and appurtenant work. The work also includes removal and reuse of existing brick pavers. The work also includes replacement of existing vault frame and covers, demolition of chimneys, and resetting orrepair of surface features for both Electrical Vault #93 and Electrical Vault #98. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. A bid deposit shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
