Demolition, site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Norwalk, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; for the construction of a 77,000-square-foot, 68-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

LaRosa Building Group is the Construction Manager for the Leroy Downs Apartment located at 79 South Main Street in Norwalk CT. This project is the new construction of 68 apartments. The project will be completed in 2 phases. Phase 1 will be the demolition of existing structures on site as well as site remediation. Phase 2 will be the remaining of the work. Phase 1 is expected to start in October of 2026 and phase 2 is expected to start in April of 2027.
