Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Norwalk, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed RA2026-2 Station Place Project is a streetscape and roadway improvement project that includes work to be performed on Henry Street, Monroe Street, Chestnut Street and sections of municipal parking commonly referred to as the northbound side of the South Norwalk Rail Road Station. Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, installation of curbing, crosswalks, sidewalks, light pole installation, drainage relocation and installation, paving work and other various improvements.
