Description

The City of Norwalk is requesting bids for the Meadow Street Park Renovation. This contract is subject to state spending allocation goals and contract compliance requirements. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications. Question Deadline 08/10/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Deadline to submit Questions Online. All questions concerning this solicitation must be directed, via e-mail, to Sharon Conners, Purchasing Agent at sconners@norwalkct.gov. The City of Norwalk's Department of Recreation and Parks is looking for a contractor to renovate the front portion of Meadow Street Park, in Norwalk CT. The project will include existing demolition of fencing, pavement, select tree removal , and removal of concrete tables and playground equipment. The site will be renovated with new plantings, seating surfaces, guardrail, water and electrical service and pavement.
