Renovation of a mixed-use development in Aurora, Colorado. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Install and/or replace approximately 30 isolation shutoff valves on domestic cold water (DCW), domestic hot water (DHW), and domestic hot water recirculation (DHWR) water supply lines. The work includes installing new valves and replacing existing valves at key points in the water distribution system to enable individual building isolation from the campus water supply. The purpose is to provide facility maintenance personnel with the ability to control water flow to specific buildings and improve maintenance and operational flexibility across the medical center campus.
