A timeline for construction has not yet been established.” Reference Number 0000431671 The City of Aurora, Colorado, acting by and through its Utility Enterprise, Aurora Water (City or Aurora Water) issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals ("Proposals") from firms and/or contractors (Proposers, Contractors or Firms) interested in contracting to serve as the Design-Builder for the 24 Inch Peoria Waterline Slipline Project (Project). This posting is strictly for the prequalified contractors for the On-Call Construction III Program, under category Pipeline Repairs / Replacement (Direct Bury) as follows: BT Construction, Inc. Concrete Express, Inc. dba CEI Garney Companies, Inc. Miller Pipeline, Inc. T. Lowell Construction, Inc.
