Description

Site work for a military facility in Montpelier, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a military facility.

Replacement of the water system serving Summit View Campground on the Montpelier Ranger District. Work includes removing and replacing approximately 1,770 feet of existing waterline from the sheep trough to the iodinator in accordance with the provided specifications. The replacement includes installation of a minimum 2-inch diameter HDPE waterline, pipe zone bedding, utility locating system, air release valve, drains, backflow preventer, heat fusion joints, trenching, and all associated incidental work. Quantities for the work are identified in the Schedule of Items. The project will be performed under a firm-fixed-price contract with an estimated value between $40,000 and $60,000. Location: Summit View Campground water system, Montpelier Ranger District, Caribou-Targhee National Forest, Bear Lake County, Idaho, Section 15, Township 10 South, Range 44 East, approximately 20 miles north of Montpelier, Idaho, accessible from State Highway 30 and Left-Hand Georgetown Canyon Road (42.5528 N, 111.2957 W).
