Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Newcomb, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development; and for paving for a residential development.

Construction of approximately 400 linear feet of water service lateral including water shutoff valve, sewer laterals from the existing sewer main to the property line for four parcels, pavement patching, and restoration. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. A pre-bid conference has been scheduled for August 4th, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Town of Newcomb Town Offices located at 5639 NY-28N, Newcomb, NY 12852. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A.
