Site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Ripon, California. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center; for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; for the addition of a clubhouse / community center; and playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed bids are invited for COMMUNITY CENTER PARKING LOT EXPANSION PROJECT. Said bids shall be delivered to the office of the City Clerk of the City of Ripon, 259 N. Wilma Ave., Ripon, CA, 95366 which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and evaluated prior to sending them to the City of Ripon City Council for their action. Bids shall be designated as “COMMUNITY CENTER PARKING LOT EXPANSION PROJECT.” It is solely the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that bids are received prior to the specified time. The planned time frame for substantial completion of construction of the project is 120 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. Bids are required for the entire project work and shall be made upon the Bid Forms in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. This Project requires a valid California Contractor’s license for the following classifications(s): A. The successful bidder and its Subcontractor(s) must possess the California contractor’s license(s) in the classification(s) required by law to perform the Work.
