Installation of a solar canopy at a customer parking lot, including solar panel installation, canopy design, structural supports, and electrical system integration. A. General description including pricing (inclusive of any available incentives) of the project including solar kW capacity; B. Whether panels are traditional or bi-facial; C. Estimated annual production and degradation; D. Estimated annual O&M costs for BED ownership; E. Availability of maintenance agreements and cost (in addition to D not as an alternative) with sample contract(s); F. Manufacturer warranties for panels, inverters, and other main components; G. Estimated lifespans for all major components; H. Canopy design , and ability to limit ground penetration for soil management purposes and confirmation the canopy would not obstruct parking and snow plowing; and I. Experience in other similar applications and references (optional) .
