Kitchen renovation services Renovate existing kitchen to include new flooring, cabinetry, and countertops 24 St. Lawrence Kitchen Renovation . The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Work is to be completed within 30 days of award , unless modified below This is a NYS Public Works project, and prevailing wages are to be paid , and Certified Payrolls must be submitted at time of completion. Refer to attached specification for the following scope of work. Site must be cleaned, and all materials secured at the end of each workday. Absolutely no scraps, especially fasteners, are to be left unsecured . Upon completion of the kitchen renovation , before removal of equipment, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with Plant Superintendent or his/her representative. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: A: Demolition Removal of existing appliances. Appliances are to be stored in the house for reuse. Removal and proper disposal of existing countertops, cabinetry, backsplash tile, and flooring. 1 . 2. 3. Removal of existing light fixtures for replacement. 4. Repair, as necessary, existing walls, ceiling, and subfloor to accommodate new installations. B: New Construction 1. Provide and install new Mohawk Hot & Heavy luxury vinyl plank flooring. Floor approximately 218 sq/ft. Color to be chosen by OPWDD staff. 2. Provide and install new cabinetry. Cabinet style and manufacturer to be chosen by OPWDD staff from contractor submittals. 3. Provide and install new solid surface countertops (Pental/Quartz or equivalent). Colors/patterns to be chosen by OPWDD staff. 4. Provide and install new sinks at original locations. Installation to include new supply and drain lines. 5. Provide and install new backsplash on exterior wall. backsplash to be chosen by OPWDD staff. 6. Install new lighting fixtures (to include range hoods) and electrical outlets in existing locations. 7. Reinstall all previously removed appliances in original locations.
