Site work for a military facility in Crofton, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a military facility.

Removal and replacement of the Gavins Point Powerhouse Intake crane runway rail. Work includes an initial survey of the existing rail alignment and grout pocket conditions; demolition and removal of existing intake crane rails, rail components, rail clips, asphalt, base plates, non-shrink grout, and designated concrete anchors; furnishing and installing replacement anchors suitable for cracked concrete and seismic loading; installation and alignment of new crane rails in accordance with Crane Manufacturers Association of America (CMAA) 70 standards; and placement of two-component aliphatic polyurethane elastomer grout along the full length of the intake crane runway. The project also requires sequencing demolition and installation activities to minimize outage time for the operational intake crane, including crane transfer from existing rails to newly installed rails during the final phase of work. The total rail length is approximately 328 feet on each side of the runway. The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Location: Gavins Point Project, Crofton, NE 68730.
