Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Castle Pines, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Installation of a 6" PVC water line, gate valves, and fire hydrant, including reconnecting services and abandoning existing 6" DIP water line in-place. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. QA date - 8-7-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered
