Replacement of 16 roofs totaling approximately 275 squares. The Mercer County Housing Authority is requesting bids for roof replacements at Cent II, a portion of Centennial Place Housing Complex. This work is a typical installation of a roofing system using asphalt shingles. One layer tare off install ice and water shield, new underlayment, new shingles, and some metal work. Keeping a clean and safe work area. There are 2 triplexes, 9 duplexes, and 5 single family homes ranging from 9-20 squares per building.
