Renovation of a mixed-use development in Browning, Montana. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Replacement and repair services are required for a specialized Won-Door sliding fire-rated door that separates hospital and business areas at the Blackfeet Service Unit. The work includes furnishing and installing new replacement parts for the lead post assembly, leading edge safety/obstruction member, diagonal structural bar, outrigger trolley mechanism, and train guide trolley mechanism. All repairs, adjustments, and hardware installations must be performed in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer's specifications. The completed work must ensure the fire-rated door operates properly and complies with current requirements established by The Joint Commission and applicable Life Safety Code standards for healthcare and business-area compartmentalization. Maintenance will coordinate scheduling after award and order any required repair parts. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
